Resetting your password

Follow these steps to reset your password:

1.  Go to the password recovery page

2. Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button.

• If you are a student, use the students form. You should usually enter your school assigned (.edu) email address. 
• If you are not a student, use the form labeled "friends and family."

3. After selecting Submit, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the Reset My Password link in the email you receive. 

4. Enter a new password, and click Submit.
